Submitting Music

Getting Started

Welcome to the music submission process! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about submitting your tracks for sessions.

Supported File Formats

We support the following audio file formats:

  • MP3 (recommended for most submissions)

  • WAV (highest quality, larger file size)

  • FLAC (lossless compression)

When you upload higher quality files, our servers will automatically process them and create mp3 and FLAC files as needed.

File Size Limits

  • Maximum file size: 100 MB per track
  • Recommended duration: 2-8 minutes
  • For longer tracks, consider using MP3 format to reduce file size

Submission Process

Step 1: Navigate to Your Session

  1. Go to your group's main page
  2. Find the session you want to submit to
  3. Click on the session title or the More Details button

Step 2: Submit Your Track

  1. Click the "Upload a Track" button in the Submit Your Track section
  2. Fill out the required information:
    • Track Title (required)

If you're having issues uploading files directly, you can use a publicly shared link to Google Drive or DropBox instead.

Step 4: Add additional info

Your track was already submitted, now you can add additional info.
Add a cover photo, notes about the feedback you want, lyrics and links for the release

Track Information Guidelines

Artist Name

Submission Deadlines

  • Check each session for specific deadlines and submission requirements.
  • Submissions typically close 24 hours before the session.
  • Late submissions may not be included in the session playlist.

After Submission

What Happens Next

  1. Your track is added to the session playlist
  2. If you uploaded a high quality file the lower quality files will be created (mp3/flac)
  3. Organizers may review submissions before the session

Making Changes
